At Elements Ojai, we focus on movement quality, nervous system support, and long-term strength.

This is not about pushing harder or keeping up.
It’s about learning how to move well, build consistency, and feel supported in your body again.

Whether you’re returning to movement, starting fresh, or looking for more personalized guidance, there is a clear place to begin.

Strength Foundations — Small Group

A steady place to begin — or begin again.


A small-group introduction to lifting with confidence.
Designed for women who want to feel safe, strong, and capable using weights — without rushing, intimidation, or pressure.


If you’re curious about strength training but not ready to commit to an ongoing program, this is a supportive place to start.


What we focus on:

  • Proper form and alignment
  • Breath and bracing
  • Intelligent loading and progression
  • Building confidence with foundational lifts


Format:

  • Small group (3–4 participants)
  • Single 90-minute session
  • Private groups (friends or partners) available by request


Investment:

Sessions typically range from $75–95 per person, depending on group size.


Availability:

Offered by inquiry, based on interest.
