Elements Ojai is a strength and movement studio rooted in movement quality, nervous system support, and long-term strength.

It’s about learning how to move well, build consistency, and feel steady in your body over time.

Movement has carried me through every season of my life — from the discipline of gymnastics, to the freedom of aerial arts, to the strength and grounding I now teach.
It has always been my language.
The way I’ve rebuilt, regulated, and stayed connected to myself through change.
Elements Ojai grew from that lived experience — a space where strength is not performance, but presence.
Where you are met as a whole human: body, breath, and nervous system.
