At Elements Ojai, I guide women back into connection with their bodies, not through pressure or performance, but through presence.

No experience needed. Every class is beginner-friendly and you’ll be supported with cues, options, and coaching to meet you where you are.
Small-Group Strength:
3–4 women, personalized coaching, progressive programming, strength-focused.
Together Classes:
Larger community-based classes, indoor + outdoor offerings, accessible to beginners, more flow-based.

I offer half-hour and full-hour private sessions for women who want deeper support, rebuilding, mobility work, or personalized strength coaching.
You don’t need to “be in shape” to start.
You simply need a willingness to show up.
Your body already knows the way home.
Just wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Everything else is provided.
Elements Ojai is a private, intimate studio space in Ojai + select outdoor locations such as Soul Stroll trail spots and community spaces.

Yes. Most women I work with have something they’re rebuilding — hips, shoulders, low back, stress, or burnout. I’ll adjust every session to support your body’s needs.

Virtual coaching, personalized programming, and nutrition support are available upon request.
For the best experience, most women train 2–3 times weekly. You’ll build consistency, confidence, and strength in a way your body can sustain.
