At Elements Ojai, I guide women back into connection with their bodies, not through pressure or performance, but through presence.
Your body isn’t a problem to fix — it’s a place to return to. A meeting point for your strength, your softness, your capacity, and your truth.. 

This is not a gym.
It is a practice.

No experience needed. Every class is beginner-friendly and you’ll be supported with cues, options, and coaching to meet you where you are.


Small-Group Strength:
3–4 women, personalized coaching, progressive programming, strength-focused.

Together Classes:
Larger community-based classes, indoor + outdoor offerings, accessible to beginners, more flow-based.

Both are rooted in presence, foundation, and connection.


Yes.
I offer half-hour and full-hour private sessions for women who want deeper support, rebuilding, mobility work, or personalized strength coaching.


You don’t need to “be in shape” to start.
You simply need a willingness to show up.
Your body already knows the way home.


Just wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Everything else is provided.


Elements Ojai is a private, intimate studio space in Ojai + select outdoor locations such as Soul Stroll trail spots and community spaces.


Yes — Aerial Silks, AIReal Yoga, Intro to Aerial, private aerial lessons, and beginner pathways for all ages.
No performance prep — just movement, expression, and trust in your body.

Classes and memberships follow a simple, clear structure:

  • Class credits have a 28–45 day expiration depending on membership
  • 3-month commitments help you build momentum
  • Private sessions require 12-hour notice
    You’ll receive details upon booking.


Yes. Most women I work with have something they’re rebuilding — hips, shoulders, low back, stress, or burnout. I’ll adjust every session to support your body’s needs.


Yes.
Virtual coaching, personalized programming, and nutrition support are available upon request.


For the best experience, most women train 2–3 times weekly. You’ll build consistency, confidence, and strength in a way your body can sustain.
