Who We Are

Meet Belinda

As an aerial instructor and fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience, Belinda Hill is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals in he mission to empower personal progress in a collective environment.


Drawing from her feeling of belonging during her student-athlete days, along with aerial and yoga teacher and coaching work, and extensive climbing experience for over seven years, Belinda strives to match and exceed client fitness goals as they evolve. Through a combination of teaching experience and personal practice, along with her extensive knowledge of kinesiology, mindfulness, exercise physiology, yoga, and aerial arts -as well as becoming a mother of four - Belinda's expertise lies within the power of functional training and compound movements.  


With aerial arts, yoga, resistance-focused regimens, rock climbing, as well as training for a half-marathon, she sees and appreciates the value of movement in all forms and has found the missing link in fitness to be an alignment of the intended outcome with the science-based training method that matches. Benefits of achieving said alignment include improved strength, agility, flexibility, and overall health and longevity.

Aerial Arts

Aerial fitness is our specialty and, with over 15 years of aerial experience, we love helping clients push past their limitations! Belinda enjoys leading youth and adult classes that help explore and build on each individual participant's strengths. 

Functional Fitness

Belinda applies her knowledge and love of kinesiology, exercise, mindfulness, exercise physiology, yoga, and aerial arts to provide functional fitness classes that address the whole body and encourage strength, flexibility, and overall health and endurance.
